Defendant Changes Plea

A change of mind suddenly ends the trial of a College Station man accused of shooting at three men with an AK-47.

Twenty-one-year-old Brandon Combs now says he is guilty of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Combs changed his plea this Wednesday morning.

The case is now in the punishment phase.

Combs was accused of shooting at three men after a fight that started at Jack in the Box.
