The state Public Utility Commission says existing no-call list registrations, as of Jan. 1, will begin to expire, depending on the enrollment date.
More than one million people have registered for the Texas lists since 2002.
Because of administrative costs, Texans who sign up or re-enroll by phone or mail must still pay a fee.
