An update in the story of two longtime College Station employees fighting for what-they-called a forced resignation.

City Planner, Jane Kee and Development Manager, Natalie Ruiz have now officially resigned from the city.

Their resignations included a confidentiality agreement prohibiting them from talking about the details.

If you recall earlier this month, both were asked to resign and have a "peaceful separation" with the city.

The two released a statement accusing the city of retaliation for their testimonies to a committee investigating problems in the development services department.
