Astros Lose Heart Breaker: On to Game Seven

Video will be available shortly

A 12th inning, walk-off homerun by Jim Edmonds sends the St. Louis Cardinals to a deciding game seven with the Houston Astros.

It was a must-win game for the Cardinals who trailed the Astros 3-2 in their best of seven series. The Cardinals led for most of the game and entered the 9th inning with a 4-3 advantage. But Jeff Bagwell's single brought in Morgan Ensberg with the tying run for Houston.

The score remained tied until the bottom of the 12th when Astro pitcher Dan Miceli walked Albert Pujols on four pitches. After getting Scott Rolen to foul out to the catcher, Edmonds drove a Miceli pitch into the centerfield stands.

The seventh and deciding game is Thursday in St. Louis beginning at 7:05 p.m. Houston will send Roger Clemens (18-4) to the mound against the Cardinals' Jeff Suppan (16-9).
