A familiar face is returning to the Bryan school district. Navasota High School principal David Young plans to leave his post to work with at-risk Bryan students in a newly-created position.
Young has been offered the job as Bryan's first coordinator of alternative and accelerated education. He was an assistant principal at Bryan High before taking the job in Navasota last year. Young says it's not easy leaving Navasota -- but the move allows him more time with family.
