A College Station man who authorities say admitted to a sexual assault has been indicted.
Willie Gentle faces a second degree felony charge after College Station Police were tipped off to the alleged crime. Authorities believe Gentle assaulted the child of his girlfriend.
The 34-year-old was arrested on October 10. He remains in Brazos County jail on $50,000 bond.
Also still in jail are David Samaripas and Jeronimo Guedea, who were also indicted Thursday afternoon. They're accused in a drive-by shooting in the 1600 block of South College in Bryan.
The duo led authorities on a high-speed chase into Burleson County. Authorities say they saw a weapon thrown from the vehicle.
No one was injured in what was the third drive-by shooting in a matter of hours in early October.
