A settlement has been reached between the city of Bryan and TAC realty.
The real estate company owned by Don Adam filed suit against the city two years ago claiming the city violated state laws in the Traditions project agreement.
The case has been on appeal since being dismissed in August of 2002.
Tuesday, the city council approved the settlement that will require the city to provide cash flow and lot sales reports to Adam Development Properties for three years.
The Traditions project has already grossed over $9 million.
