The man accused of brutally beating his stepson to death is out of jail Wednesday.
Timothy Lewis is charged with the murder of four-year-old Tyrone Fenner, Jr.
Lewis has been in jail since over six months but recently bond was set at $125,000 against the recommendation of the District Attorney's office.
Fenner's mother, Virginia Lewis, has two other children with her ex-husband.
Lewis claims Timothy beat the child to near death in their College Station home.
Fenner was in a coma and on life support for 19 days before he died.
