A convicted sex offender is on trial again, this time he's accused of exposing himself to a child waiting for the bus.
Opening arguments began Tuesday in the case against 39-year-old Don Terrell.
Terrell is accused of indecency with a child.
In the police report, the victim says Terrell pulled up next to her bus stop and was exposing himself.
Terrell denies the incident and told police he had a prior rape conviction of a 15-year-old girl and would never make the same mistake again.
Testimony continues Wednesday in the 85th District Court.
