A Leon County sheriff's dispatcher is in critical but stable condition after being shot Sunday.
Forty-four-year-old Phyliss Relerford is recovering at East Texas Medical Center in Tyler Monday. Her estranged husband, Lynn Cornelius Relerford, is accused of pulling the trigger.
The incident took place at the woman's home just outside of Centerville.
Mr. Relerford is being held without bond, charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
