One of the victims in July's A&M explosion is expected to be released Tuesday from a rehab center.

Ejaz Chaudhury has been undergoing physical rehabilitation at Clearlake Rehab Center in League City. Chaudhury also has a flight scheduled Wednesday to head back to Bangledesh.

Chaudhury and his wife were visiting their son at the University Apartment complex at the time of the explosion. His wife died in September and their four-year-old granddaughter died in the explosion.

The State Fire Marshal's Office ruled the explosion was caused by multiple natural gas leaks at the University Apartments.

A criminal investigation is ongoing by the Brazos County District Attorney's Office.
