As people who drive the roads of Brazos Valley, the Texas Department of Transportation wants to hear from you. TxDot will hold a public meeting Monday to discuss the progress of numerous road projects around the area.
Officials plan on discussing topics that include the toll project, the widening of Wellborn Road, and funds for the Barron Road Interchange.
"The information that people give us on these projects lets us know what pitfalls might be out there, areas to avoid, and other impacts we might not of thought about otherwise," said Director of Transportation Planning and Development Bob Appleton.
Officials said they will use the information to form funding plans for needed projects.
The meeting is scheduled for 6 p.m. Monday at the Wellborn Community Center.
