GALVESTON, Texas -- Galveston County authorities have arrested a couple in the case of a missing child who may be "Baby Grace."

Authorities say they have tentatively identified the girl's remains found in Galveston Bay last month as those of Riley Ann Sawyers of Spring. They're waiting on DNA test results before making a positive identification on the remains found in a plastic storage bin.

The girl's mother and stepfather reportedly told family members that she was taken in July by someone claiming to be an Ohio social worker. But they never told police she was missing.

Galveston County sheriff's spokesman Ray Tuttoilmondo says Kimberly Trenor and Royce Zeigler have been charged with injury to a child and tampering with evidence.
