A Brazos County jury has found a former Bryan High ROTC instructor guilty of sexual assault.
It took the jury about five hours to find Ricky Ray James guilty.
James, 50, had a nine-month sexual relationship with one his students. He was arrested in January, after the student told College Station police that James would pick her up from school and take her to his apartment.
The punishment phase of the trial will start Friday morning.
James faces up to 20 years in prison for each of the two counts.
