ROCHESTER, N.H. -- Authorities in New Hampshire say all hostages have been released after a deranged man wearing what appeared to be a bomb strapped to his chest walked into a Hillary Rodham Clinton campaign office.
Officials say he demanded to speak to the candidate during a nearly four-hour standoff.
The man freed the last of several hostages as the afternoon wore on, but he remains in the office and has not been taken into custody.
Clinton was in the Washington area at the time. A law-enforcement official says extra security precautions are being taken to protect the former first lady.
