The Bryan man suspected of breaking into Producers Co-op has been indicted by a Brazos County Grand Jury.
Twenty-two-year-old Henry Jessie Moreno is accused of stealing a safe full of cash and checks last November.
Moreno was caught on surveillance video, along with two other suspects.
An employee who viewed that video spotted Moreno's truck and tipped off police.
