A 21-year-old pregnant Bryan woman died following a Saturday car wreck on Texas Avenue and South College.

Police say Sherea Morris was driving an older model Buick Skylark Saturday afternoon and turned onto South Texas from College when she was hit by a Ford Ranger pick-up truck. Morris and her passenger, 24-year-old Wanda Vinton, were taken to St Joseph Regional Medical Center.

Police say Morris was in critical condition and suffered a miscarriage soon after the accident. She died sometime Sunday.

The accident is being investigated, but at this time, Bryan officers say it appears Morris failed to yield right of way.
