A Brazos County Jury sent a convicted sex offender back to prison.
Don Terrell was found guilty of indecency with a child by exposure.
Last November a jury deadlocked on the case, but Thursday a jury found him guilty within an hour.
Terrell was sentenced to 13 years in prison by Judge J.D. Langely.
Police say in October of 2003 he exposed himself to a 14-year-old girl while she was waiting at the bus stop.
At the time of the incident, Terrell was on parole after serving 10 years in prison for aggravated rape.
