Locals Design HGTV Dream Home
Two local companies are the brains behind portions of the HGTV Dream Home 2005.

Alan King's The Land Design Group was selected to create the outdoor design of HGTV's Dream Home 2005. The strucutre was taken care of by Gessner Engineering from College Station.
The Dream Home is located on lake Tyler in a new neighborhood called The Reserve. King's team started work on the landscape this summer, and they wrapped up right around Christmas. Both local companies were chosen for the job by the Architect who designed the project.
