A Hearne man was arrested after police say he broke into a Texas A&M dorm and threatened a student with a gun.
40-year-old Christopher Montelongo was arrested Sunday morning after a woman reported he came into her room, put a gun to her head and threatened to kill her if she didn't have sex with him.
The student was able to escape uninjured.
Montelongo was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault and criminal trespass with a deadly weapon, among other charges.
He was released on a $37,000 dollar bond.
