New Year's Eve will end on a pretty nice note across the Brazos Valley. Mostly sunny skies will allow temperatures to reach into the upper 60s and lower 70s.
A cold front will invade the region by the afternoon hours. As you head out to your New Year's Eve festivities, you may want to grab a jacket. A northwesterly wind will blow between 10-20 mph during the evening hours, as low temperatures drop into the 30s.
Remember that Monday will be very dry and breezy. The combination will produce a fire hazard, so be sure to use extra caution when dealing with fireworks or any flammable material.
