Raquel Renee Rangel Rios has a long name, a lot of R's, and a unique distinction.
Raquel was the first child born in the Twin Cities in 2008. She was born to mother Deanna at 1:01 Tuesday morning at St. Joseph Regional Health Center in Bryan, weighing six pounds, seven ounces and is 19 inches long.
Both mother and child are doing well.
