Severe storms in June flooded Washington County, but now farmers and ranchers will see some relief.
The Department of Agriculture said the county is eligible for loans to cover production loses from the heavy rains. A farmer must have suffered at least a 30% loss of production .
Producers in Brazos, Burleson, and Grimes Counties are eligible as well.
The Farm Service Agency will accept applications until August.
