Opening arguments began Tuesday in the trial of a Bryan man accused of kidnap and rape.
Police say Reinaldo Hernandez forced a women into his truck in 2003, then took her to a car wash and threatened to kill her if she didn't do what he wanted.
Hernandez is on trial for one count of aggravated sexual assault and two counts of kidnapping.
The women is expected to testify against Hernandez.
