A 17-year-old senior at Montgomery high school is dead after a one car accident in Grimes County. It happened Wednesday night around 7 o'clock.
Morgaen Victoria Gillis was driving to her boyfriends house to have dinner when the accident happened.
She was traveling north bound on F-M 14-86 near Navasota, lost control of the car, crossed over the lanes, and crashed into a tree.
Gillis died instantly.
