Jackson Attorneys Take Aim on Young Witness

The younger brother of Michael Jackson's accuser returns to court today, likely to face more defense attacks on his credibility.

Yesterday, Jackson's lawyer got the boy to change some testimony. A spokeswoman says Jackson "felt better" after yesterday's testimony in his molestation trial.

Using past statements by the now-14-year-old sibling, Jackson's
attorney has suggested the boy's description of what he saw has grown more explicit with each telling. One description differs from what the prosecutor had said in opening statements at Jackson's
California trial.

Jackson's attorney caught the boy in another error yesterday, misidentifying the copy of an adult magazine he had testified
ackson had showed them. But the boy insisted it was the same type
of magazine.
