Travis Field, home of the Brazos Valley Bombers, may soon be getting some upgrades with help from the city.
During Tuesday night's Bryan City Council meeting, council members will discuss and likely vote on contributing about $210,000 worth of improvements to the ball park.
The funds would go towards upgrades in the parking lots, as the well as the creation of a new restroom facility.
Also on the agenda, the council will vote on entering into a partnership with a local development company, Burton Creek Development, and the U.S. Postal Service to upgrade infrastructure improvement projects in the area close to the main Bryan Post Office.
They'll also look at adopting a resolution to support a more regional concept for I-69 that would bring the super highway closer to Brazos County.
