A Bryan man is behind bars, after a late night accident sent several victims to the hospital.
Micheal Holiday, 27, was arrested Thursday morning for intoxicated assault with a vehicle.
Police say Holiday was also charged with three outstanding felony warrants and received a citation for driving with an invalid license.
It was about 10 p.m. on Wednesday that an SUV and car were allegedly traveling at excessive speeds just south of 2818.
Authorities say the SUV flipped through a median and landed across the street. The car struck a water pipe before hitting a fence near Conoco Phillips.
The passenger of the car Shannon Adams, 27, and the driver of the SUV 24-year old Kerry Maxwell were taken to St. Joseph Regional Health Center and are listed in serious condition.
Holiday, the driver of the car, was also taken to St. Joseph's but was treated and released.
Holiday is currently being held at the Brazos County Jail on a $15,000 bond.
