Grimes County Judge Under Investigation

The Grimes County Judge may be facing charges of evading arrest after passing a Grimes County Sheriff's Deputy with his emergency lights on.

Judge James Dixon is accused of driving over five miles before stopping when the officer tried to pull him over.

District Attorney Tuck McClain is reviewing the evidence and hasn't decided if any charges will be filed.
