Virus Shuts Down Area School

Superintendent John Reynolds says a virus is sweeping through the student body causing heavy absenteeism.

One hundred forty out of a total enrollment of 525 students missed school today.

Reynolds says symptoms include fever, sore throat and upset stomachs.

Classes will resume Monday the 31st.
