The City of Bryan's Fire Department has teamed up to help their own, and will be feeding the masses at the same time.
A fundraising benefit is being organized on Friday, January
25th to raise monetary support for 28-year veteran Bryan firefighter
Steve Scrivener. The proceeds of the benefit will be donated to Fireman Scrivener to help him offset medical bills incurred due to his being diagnosed with Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.
You can eat the "famous chili" of firefighters David Turek and Wesley Gideon from 11:30am-1:30pm for just $5/bowl.
To-go orders will be available at Bryan's Central Fire Station on 300 W. William Joel Bryan Avenue. Email your order ahead of time at firstname.lastname@example.org or just stop by Friday and pick some up to go!
You can also help by donating blood from 11am-3pm, at the same location, Bryan's Central Fire Station. Reserve your time the following 2 ways:
Donors can sign up by calling: 1(800) Give-Life, or sign up on-line at: www.givelife.org , sponsor code: bryanfire.
