A tragedy for a Bryan family early Sunday morning when the driver of a SUV accidentally ran over and killed his own brother.
It happened around 2 am when 21 year old Tereso Pedron drove to North Bryan to pick up his brother.
Near the intersection of Laura Lane and Augusta, the 21-year-old hit a man that he apparently did not see.
That man turned out to be the brother he was to pick up.
20-year-old Jabier Pedron was killed.
Police are investigating and no charges had been filed Sunday.
