Peggy Zaongo is Program Director for Phoebe's Home says, "When we talk about a protective order, they're really afraid. These kits will give you self help so you can really read yourself, understand the procedure for protective order, know your rights and then proceed."
In the next few weeks, these kits will be at Phoebe's home, local hospitals, the library, and law enforcement agencies.
