Another ruling from a Federal District Court judge Friday adds two more names to an ACLU lawsuit.

Thomas Hendricks and Philip Crowell are being sued by nine Hearne residents who say the task force officers were instrumental in fabricating evidence against them in a 2000 drug raid.

Robertson County, District Attorney John Paschall as well as the Task Force Commander Ron Garney are also defendants in the law suit.

This week a federal judge issued a ruling that all the defendants will stand trial.

The ACLU and other civil rights groups will be in Hearne next Thursday for a public meeting about the case.
