Salvation Army Gets 'Armed'

By: Lindsay Liepman

The Salvation Army is calling in reinforcements to help stop crooks in their tracks.

Four new surveillance cameras were donated by a MicroAge.

The company made the offer when they found out the Salvation Army was the target of three break-ins.

$30,000 was stolen the last time the charity was hit in December.

"We heard about this at Christmas time and we thought that's a pretty low thing to do at Christmas time, steal from a charity. So my general manager and I got together to see what we can do for them," says MicroAge President/CEO Robert Orzabal.

The system is in place and now the entire office is under watch.

Still there haven't been any arrests in that December burglary.
