Two teens are jailed on murder charges in Conroe. The pair is accused of gunning down a 19 year old outside a birthday party.
The 911 call came in around 2:30 am Sunday morning. Deputies found 19-year-old Johnny Quintanilla dead on the lawn of a home on Rustling Oaks Drive. Witnesses told investigators the victim was in an argument with occupants of a dark colored SUV. The SUV fled the scene after at least one shot was fired. The driver, 17-year old Javier Blanco, was later arrested. Wednesday he was charged with murder as well as DWI. A 16 year-old male is also in custody charged with murder.
