A Dime Box man faces up to two years in state jail for causing a crash that killed a Washington County Sheriff's Deputy.

James Yell, 32, was convicted Tuesday of criminally negligent homicide.

In 2006, Yell was driving too fast, when he struck Donald Wass's motorcycle. Wass died as a result of that accident.

Yell will be sentenced by a judge in March.

i hope he serves the whole sentence because he is abusive, and has a bad temper and goes off on any little thing...he is rude, crude and lewd, and i hope he becomes somebodys girlfriend...he should have to spend the rest of his sorry life in prison because the world is safer with him behind bars...and he doesnt pay his bill...ford credit keeps calling...somebody let them know which prison to pick the truck up at!!! his loving x wife
