Coalition for Life Appeal

The Brazos Valley Coalition for Life has completed round two of its battle with the city of Bryan over sign ordinances.

Back in 2002 the Coalition filed a lawsuit saying the city violated their civil rights by cracking down on pro-life signs outside of Planned Parenthood.

But a judge ruled in the city's favor. Arguments were heard at an appeal trial in Austin this today. Coalition for Life director, Marilisa Carney says she's hopeful the ruling will be in their favor.

No word yet on when a decision will be made.
