A Huntsville student is in the hospital with a possible case of meningitis.
The eighth grader attends Mance Park Middle school.
Monday afternoon the district said it's waiting on a final diagnosis and confirmation from the hospital.
A letter will be sent home to parents of students at Mance Park.
The health department has been notified.
