3 Workers Hurt When Floor Falls at San Antonio Construction Site

SAN ANTONIO (AP) - Three construction workers were hurt today
when the fourth floor of a building under construction collapsed in
northwestern San Antonio.
Fire officials say the construction site is at the Shops at La
Cantera shopping mall. District Fire Chief Randy Jenkins says the
workers were hurt when the fourth floor collapsed onto the third
floor between 6:30 and 7 a.m.
The workers were taken to Christus Santa Rose Northwest
Hospital. Their condition isn't known, but Jenkins says their
injuries aren't thought to be life-threatening.
