A judge could decide to shut down a popular College Station bar.
The Canyon, located at Post Oak Mall, has had several employees arrested and been issued citations from TABC.
The club is accused of offering drinking promotions that encouraged over consumption, but the owner says he doesn't feel like they've done anything wrong.
A hearing is expected to be held in Waco on June 15. The judge could decide from a range of punishments from a temporary liquor license suspension to shutting the establishment down for good.
