Burleson County will no longer be the site of Anthony Graves' capital murder trial.

District Judge Reva Townslee-Corbett made the decision last week to move the trial to Giddings in Lee County.

A pre-trial is set for March 19th and the jury trial is expected to begin in July.

Graves is waiting to be re-tried for the deaths of a Somerville grandmother and five children.

His 1994 conviction was thrown out after it was discovered prosecutors withheld evidence.
