After hitting a brick wall in its investigation of an infant found dead in a dumpster, Sam Houston State University Police are turning to the Texas Rangers for help.
The Rangers will help develop new leads and interpret evidence.
Authorities say they are questioning a person of interest involving the May crime and have focused on one room at the Sam Houston Village dormitory where the baby was found.
No suspects are in custody. The final autopsy report still has not been released.
