The man accused of murdering his four-year-old stepson last June is headed back to jail.
A judge ruled Timothy Lewis violated his probation from a previous aggravated assault. Lewis is is accused of killing his stepson, Tyrone Fenner Jr.
In a hearing Thursday afternoon, the prosecution said Lewis had contacted his wife Virginia in violation of a protective order, and had also tested positive for cocaine.
His bond was revoked in the assault case. His bond in the murder case was raised to 200-thousand dollars.
