College Station police have arrested a man in connection with the aggravated kidnapping of his girlfriend.

According to witnesses, 28-year-old Ronald Earl Pennie demanded that his girlfriend get out of a vehicle last week.

When she refused, he allegedly broke the car window and pulled her out.

Authorities say she was dragged across a parking lot and thrown into Pennie's vehicle.

Out of fear for her safety, the woman, who was injured, at first minimized the situation.

She later told police she did not willingly go with Pennie.
