Say good-bye to Rockfish and hello to Fish Daddy's.
As of Friday, the familiar sea food restaurant on University Drive is closed. Rockfish employees were packing up the place today. But none would comment on the reason the restaurant is closing.
It seems, the building won't stay vacant long. According to Cheddars manager Rafael Facca, the corporation that owns Cheddars will take over the Rockfish location. Plans are to convert Rockfish into a sea food restaurant named Fish Daddy's.
Despite efforts to reach Rockfish management no one returned our calls. There is no word on how many people are losing their jobs.
