College Station's former city manager is one signature away from being done with his career with the city.
The College Station city council approved Tom Brymer's severance package Monday night, and he is expected to receive the check and sign off on his resignation deal Wednesday. It was originally thought that he would sign Tuesday, but city officials say his check is still being processed.
Brymer will receive more than $177,000 dollars as part of the deal, which includes benefits and retirement. In all, Brymer's resignation will cost taxpayers more than $200,000.
