Tom Brymer is officially College Station's former city manager.
Brymer got his $177,000 severance package Wednesday and signed off on his resignation. He was originally fired July 15 by the city council, but reinstated when he threatened to sue the city for violating the Open Meetings Act.
Although part of his resignation package doesn't allow him to sue, the district attorney's office is looking into possible violations by the council.
