The man accused of attacking a Bryan Woman twice in her own home is off the streets tonight and behind bars.
Forty-six year old Donald Ray Howard of Bryan is charged with 2 counts of burglary of a habitation. He was arrested yesterday on drug charge. Investigators say during the interview they realized he may be the man police were looking for in the downtown Bryan attempted assault case.
In that case, 62 year-old Rose Mary Vollmar told police police a man forced his way into her house and tried to rape her back in late July. Less than a week later she says he did it again. Howard will appear before a judge Saturday morning.
