The city of Bryan has postponed upgrades to its water system due to potentially bad weather.
The work was planned for this Tuesday, but officials hope to get started on it next week.
During that time, residents will be asked to cut back on water usage while crews replace part of the pipe system.
They'll have to drain all the valves, which will send several hundred thousand gallons of water into a stream near the Bryan City Cemetery.
